If you have this type of passion, we invite you to take a look at the opportunities available to come join our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 engineers and handle a complex unit from RTL to GDSExposure in Floor-plan, Physical Implementation of Power-plan, Synthesis, Placement, CTS, Timing Closure, Routing, Extraction, Physical Verification (DRC & LVS), Crosstalk Analysis, EM/IR Extensive Experience in handling different PNR tools - Synopsys ICC2, ICC, Design Compiler, PrimeTime, StarRC, Mentor Graphics Calibre, Apache Redhawk Hands on experience on 16nm, 14nm, 12nm, and sub-10nm projects Good knowledge in Physical design, STA, methodology scripts (Tcl), knowledge on Perl, PythonREQUIREMENTS:15+ years of professional experience in the semiconductor industryExperience in FinFET & Dual Patterning nodes such as 16/14/12 and sub-10nm nodesHigh-frequency design experienceCPU/GPU/memory controller/ddr or other high speed units experienceExcellent physical design and timing backgroundSynopsys tools experience not a must but preferredWould also prefer MNC experienceFamiliarity with all Design areas and tools and solid understanding of design/technology interactionsGood understanding of computer organization/architecture Strong analytical/problem solving skills and pronounced attention to details Must be a self-starter, and able to independently drive tasks to completionGood teamwork and communications skills are mandatoryPrevious management experience highly desirableEDUCATION:BS + 16 years or MS + 15 years Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Architecture work experienceLOCATION:Job location Bangalore#LI-ML1Requisition Number: 80808 Country: India State: Karnataka City: Bangalore Job Function: DesignApply nowApply nowApply for JobEnter your email to apply,
