Managing Client Business Relationship Build andmaintain strong relationships at all levels within clientorganizations. Jointly arrange events for the client starting from negotiation, recce, liasoning with suppliers, budgeting, etc. Act an an interface between client and internal stakeholders. Develop clientcommunicationstrategies tokeepclientsabreastofindustry- relatedchanges and innovations. Actively participate in airline contracting and other vendor negotiations to optimize client spent. Roll out CSAT, customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis. Assist the client with necessary data and alternate arrangements/ action plan in event of any crisis. Working closelywith thesales and implementation teams to ensure clientsexpectations are exceeded and operational goals are met. Desired Candidate Profile: Relationship management skills Basic business acumen Team Player Excellent communication & Presentation skills. Shall be assertive, confident, smart and optimistic. Shall be adept in handling and servicing HNI clients. Proven ability to work in challenging, dynamic and demanding environments. Knowledge of Corporates and Geography of Locations. Impressive in Relationship Management and interpersonal skills.,
