Managing Client Business Relationship Build andmaintain strong relationships at all levels within clientorganizations. Jointly arrange events for the client starting from negotiation, recce, liasoning with suppliers, budgeting, etc. Act an an interface between client and internal stakeholders. Actively participate in airline contracting and other vendor negotiations to optimize client spent. Roll out CSAT, customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis.
