We are Hiring Sr.Motion Graphics DesignerJob Location: Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal, BangaloreExperience: 7-10+ yearsNotice Period: Immediate - 15 DaysWe are looking for candidate who is currently in Bangalore, please dont share profile who is currently not in Bangalore.About this Opportunity:As a Sr. Motion Graphics Designer, you will bring your aptitude in motion graphics design, production and technical knowledge to help bring the creative vision to life on a diverse mix of motion work touching broadcast, digital, social, OOH, in-store, experiential and CGI project deliverables. Your role will encompass different facets per project from concepting creative solutions through execution of approved concepts in ways that challenge conventional thinking to meet and exceed business and marketing objectives. Multi-tasking and collaborating with partners across creative, technology, and production disciplines, you are comfortable in hands-on creation, as well as explaining concepts to partners across the organization, including creative senior leadership. You will need to demonstrate excellent fundamentals of composition, color and typography. Critical to this role is staying current with motion and technology trends and experiences, and being a passionate advocate for great design.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:

  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
  • 7 10+ years of relevant professional experience preferred but not required
  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating breadth of motion capabilities, with a focus on design and art direction
  • Expert knowledge of standard design software (Adobe tools, Mac platform, etc.)
  • Expertise in either 2D, 3D or both After Effects, Cinema 4D and/or 3DS Max
  • Unity/Unreal experience preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Think strategically, critically and creatively
  • Action oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly self-starting, highly motivated, fast working
  • Ability to present to senior creative leadership with clear, compelling rationale for creative solutions
  • Collaborative influencer with a clear POV and ability to establish rapport with peers
  • Adept at managing multiple, concurrent and complex projects
  • Flexible to travel as needed
