Should be an L3 resource with more than 5 yrs of relevant experience on network & security Ability to work in a highly dynamic and complex Network environments Experience with ITIL based processes Incident, Problem and Change Management Should have proven experience with data networks including physical layer infrastructure, servers, LAN/ WAN hardware, software, data transmission facilities and interconnecting devices. Good knowledge of basic networking, security and troubleshooting tools like nslookup, traceroute, ping, and packet capture tools etc. Proven knowledge and practical application of SNMP, Security, Firewalls, Routing, and Switching. In- depth knowledge, not limited to understanding but troubleshooting, of TCP/ IP Protocol suite, IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, RIP, EIGRP) , Good knowledge/ work exposure in at least any one of the Firewalls such as: CISCO- ASA, or Fortinet. Good exposure in Frame- Relay, IPSEC VPN, and xDSL Technologies, OSI Model and Layered Troubleshooting, L2 Technologies Ability to adapt new product support as organization evolves.
