The PARS Compliance Operations Integration team is looking for a motivated and data driven Senior Program Manager with strong technical skills, analytical and communication capabilities, and a hands-on passion to dive-deep into processes that enable worldwide selection classification. This role will act as an overall custodian of Compliance Operations (C-Ops) Operational Debt in terms of estimation, tracking and optimization through various initiatives including opportunity identification of inflow reduction and process optimization across the programs. You will deep dive into the existing Compliance operations process and identify strategic opportunities to reduce Non Value added activities from the system while maintaining close relationships with various stakeholders. The role requires strong business judgement, analytical skills, strong communication and influencing skills across various levels to solve significantly complex problems that are critical to the business and operations.The successful candidate will create, develop and drive solutions that transforms C-Ops into a lean, agile and transparent organization. Responsibilities include: Drives the vision, strategy and execution for process optimization across all the compliance programs and nine global locations. Be a thought leader, leading innovation and driving the establishment of processes for continuous improvements. Analyzing and solving business problems with focus on understanding data deviations, their root causes, and driving forward-looking opportunities. Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing. Own end to end operational debt tracking. Establish process management and governance.This role will be based in India, Bachelor s degree in BA or BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Operations/Supply Chain, or other technical field from an accredited university At least 8 years of project/program management experience, delivering on large-scale, cross-functional programs in support of business goals Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions Excellent attention to details to identify gaps and opportunities in procedures, and drive innovative, efficient solutions Ability to operate independently Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Excellent business judgment and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral Experience in business domains such as supply chain management, operations and logistics. MBA or Master s Degree in a related field. Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
