Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Any Graduate Key Responsibilities/ Required Skillets: Should have 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise level on SCCM. Should be good on previous versions of patching, deployment and management tools. Should have 7 or more years of total experience Manage SCCM estate / servers / applications / clients across all data centers Monitor Jira/ ZenDesk tools and work on IR/ RF/ CR. Able to support SCCM estate comfortably end to end across various support areas including patching, application deployment, OSD and health check / monitoring. Should be able to resolve moderate (P2 & P3) incidents effectively in a timely manner. Support senior members in root cause analysis (RCA) for major issues, plan and implement permanent resolution / service improvements in effective and timely manner. To be a contributor for the design / implementation of small to medium non- complex components of a project module. To identify risks that impact quality and/ or loss of service. To provide inputs of top issues to leads and also contribute on reports. Good knowledge of any one Ticketing tool. Willingness to work in shifts. Willingness to stretch to support major issues / failures as needed. Good technical skills, excellent server / Desktop knowledge. A Good team player. Good leadership qualities. Good learner.
