We at Capgemini Engineering are hiring for VOIP professionals with extensive experience in troubleshooting Tier 3 issues in Avaya Product Environment and working with global customers. Should possess excellent communications skills and willing to work in 24/7 working environment.   • Avaya Aura Messaging, AVP, Avaya Control Manager, WFO, ACR, CMS, AADS, Presence Services, Utility Server, Avaya Experience Portal, IX Messaging, AES
  • Willingness to work in 24*7 working environment
  • Excellent communications skills.
