A Sr . UI Developer forms an integrated part of an Agile team , empowered and expected to complete tasks(s) with minimum overseeing by Leads/Architect . They should be an expert in implementing intricate Front-end designs including validations and logic . The person should have demonstrated skill in front-end frameworks like Angular JS , Bootstrap , Node . JS and Ajax . Should be able to covert Visual Designs(PSD) files to HTML . It will be highly desirable if the person has worked on integrating with PHP based CMS products like WordPress , Drupal , Joomla with good knowledge on databases like MySQL , SQL Server , Oracle , etc . Responsibilities : Develop functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications based on usability Develop new user-facing features Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product s interface Promote usability best practices Build reusable code and libraries for future use Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Assure that all user inputs are validated before submitting them to back-end Collaborate with other team members and stakeholdersRequired technical skills : High proficiency in HTML5 , XHTML , CSS3 , LESS/SASS High proficiency in Core JavaScript , AJAX High proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework like AngularJS , BackboneJS , etc . Hands-on experience on front-end HTML/CSS and Javascript development Hands-on experience on web service development SOAP and RESTIntegration : Should be proficient and have implemented integrations , REST and SOAP based services Should have hands-on integration experience with third party services like payment gateways , tax calculator , live chat , address finders , ERP , OMS , Google APIs , etc . Security and performance : Ability to understand security concepts , issues and resolutions Should have experience in tuning website for performanceOther : Good understanding of SEO principles and align front-end code to SEO best practices Knowledge of image authoring tools , to be able to crop , resize , or perform small adjustments on an image . Familiarity with tools such as PhotoshopQualification : Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering Experience : 8-10 years Years of experience in AngularJS , Bootstrap , BackboneJS , Node . JS : 2+ years Years of experience in core Javascript/Jquery/ Ajax : 2+ years Years of experience in XHTML/HTML5/CSS/LESS/SASS : 3+ years Other technology experiences : Good understanding/experience of PHP based CMS/PHP and/or JAVA framework will be a great advantage . Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is desirable . Should have worked on MVC based architecture Project experience : At least two end-to-end projects in e-commerce/digital projects using preferably having WordPress/Drupal as backendProject delivery : Should be able participate and work with a team consisting of project manager , architect , team leads , developers , testers , etc . Should be go-getter and steadfast in accomplishing work assigned Experience coordinating/working with various stakeholders including business , third party development , and higher management is a great plus Should be proficient using source code repositories like GIT , SVN , etc .,
