Job Description

  • Utilize ETSPC trend charts to identify any equipment - hardware or probe card related issue for immediate containment & corrective action.
  • Performance Etest Correlation/Matching report for new Hardware & test program.
  • Team work with Etest Singapore for Test Issue detection & Corrective Action.
  • Support New project/customer transferred program development.
  • Implement proper documentation system to ensure proper ET analysis and conformance to company quality system.
  • Ensure proper cross training and knowledge sharing among team member.
  • Develop data manipulation scripts.
  • Perform logic nets trace analysis on GDS.
  • Prepare failure analysis report.
  • Support Qualification on data crunching and analysis for read out. Disposition lot and communicate with Function Test Lab for lot sorting.
  • Support Test enablement document preparation for program release document, data analysis, correlation report, and silicon report.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Projects and Productivity Improvement Projects.
  • Lead the BLR test team.
, *Education:Masters/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields; orRelevant education and years of working experiences.Experience:3 to 5 years experience in Test/Process Engineering and Production environment.Knowledge in data mining & data analysts.Programming knowledge in (PERL, VBA, Python etc) to support the above.Knowledge in IC layout analysis.
