Job Details : We have requirements for Sr Identity Access Management and CyberArk Consultant for our Deemed Client at Bangalore Location. Initially on the payroll of DynPro India Pvt Ltd,. & deployed with our client, (the project will run Min 24+ Months, Right to hire by client based on your performance) Interview: Any Metro Location Work Location: Bangalore Location Experience: 4+ Years Positions: 2 positions Salary: As per the market standards Notice: Immediate to 15 Days -- not more then that--- JD:- Mandatory 2-10 years of industry experience with minimum 2 years relevant experience in IBM Security Identity/Access Management systems. Experience in development and implementation, design and architecture of the identity and access management solutions. Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to understand and manage consulting project engagements. Experience in developing identity/access management strategies, architectures and implementation plans. Experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycles of Identity/Access Management projects. Excellent hands-on knowledge on the best-practices of deploying the Identity and Access Management solutions. Well versed with LDAP concepts with experience on any of the Directory products such as TDS, OID, OUD, OVD Experience in developing custom connectors/HR feed by using Tivoli Directory Integrator. Preferred Experience with at least one of the following development environments/languages: J2EE, Java, JavaScript Experience in specific industry verticals is preferred Job Responsibilities Design and deliver high quality security architecture and infrastructure setups and/or sub-systems to agreed deadlines. Assist customers in developing a secured Identity/Access management infrastructure and also to define security policies to protect their applications from unauthorized access. Lead and own the security solution implementation. Actively participate in decision making with solution architect and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions. Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services. Contribute towards training and mentoring the team. Demonstrate knowledge of market trends, new technology and security/Identity Access Management services. Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Understand clients business environment and basic risk management approaches Participate in proposal development efforts Develop custom connectors using APIs exposed by the products. Develop workflows with varied level of complexity. Job Description for CyberArk 1. Supports CyberArk based Enterprise Privileged Identity Management (EPIM) system and supporting components. 2. Experience in CyberArk components - CPM, Vault, PSM, PVWA, etc 3. Customizing/configuring CyberArk for on boarding of privileged userids from Unix, Linux, Windows, zOS/RACF systems, and applications, configuration of EPIM governance policies and procedures, development of scripts for bulk or automated modifications to credential stores, coordination with support areas for OS and database upgrades/patches for EPIM systems; upgrades and routine maintenance; troubleshooting support; performance monitoring. 4. Participates in design efforts for security and EPIM-related portions of new applications along with application development areas; supports EPIM tools; supports troubleshooting application issues related to EPIM. 5. Manages EPIM for access to various systems; provision privileged userids for Employees/Patners; managing access, roles, permissions etc. to various systems including windows servers, midrange UNIX servers, mainframe and applications. 6. Participates in research, design, and implementation of solutions involving data encryption, data masking, secure file transfers, data leakage prevention, and privileged identity access management. 7. Recognized as subject matter expert for EPIM security-related technologies. May participate in training of new Associates on EPIM technologies and operating procedures. Facilitates communication between all key IT groups and the customer community on EPIM security-related items. 8.
