Job Description

Reporting to the Director Global Human Resources, this role will serve as a business partner to key business functions by providing leadership, development and implementation of innovative human capital initiatives to support the overall business plan. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to influence and engage with leaders on initiatives, including but not limited to: effectively managing and leveraging talent, enhancing leadership capabilities, teambuilding, compensation/total rewards allocation, energizing and igniting the full potential of employees.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to understand the business strategies, goals, objectives, and key performance measures in order to tailor HR strategies to the changing needs of the business.
  • Participate in the development and administration of policies; lead change and helps promote deeper HR partnership in the business.
  • Deliver tactical and strategic HR guidance for assigned business units and is responsible for performing a wide variety of activities, such as talent acquisition and talent development; leadership development; employee communications; course facilitation; performance management; employee reward and recognition; employee benefits and compensation.
  • Play active and integral part in the company s employment branding, culture and engagement efforts; an active role in driving change and evolving the company performance-oriented culture and values. Including interpreting engagement results and translating into action
  • Proactively partners and collaborates with internal HR colleagues (regional and global) to ensure the effective delivery of all business programs, processes and communications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Master s Degree required with at least 10 + years progressive HR experience primarily in a Business Partner Role
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, consulting skills, sound functional HR knowledge, as well as the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Demonstrated competency in stimulating and embracing change, communicating candidly, and cultivating talent are critical to success.
  • Ability to effectively coach and influence management at all levels within the organization
  • The ability to think globally while working with diverse groups and cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to form effective business partnerships with all levels of the organization to develop, influence and enhance the organizational culture
