Job Description

    • Strong technologist with experience in working on UI, backend and middleware technologies
    • Experience with private/public cloud technologies preferably AWS
    • Provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs
    • Utilize agile methodologies and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation
    • Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations
    • Design, develop, code, test, debug and document
    • Work closely with clients to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes
    • Process (build, deployment, testing) automation maintain and improve project metrics as per organization requirements
    • Research and evaluate solutions and make recommendations
    • Cloud enablement
    • Data integration with other systems
    • Green field prod development mindset
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • 7+ years of solid software development work experience
    • Strong technologist with AWS, Java, React, Python skill set. Ability to learn new technologies
    • Ability to guide the team with architecture, design and code quality or better ways to write code
    • Good knowledge of AI/ML techniques
    • Experience in Software design and solutions
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Expert problem solving and analytic skills
    • Prior financial industry experience is huge plus
    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Pref technologist with AWS &Python skill set. Ability to learn new technologies
    • Good knowledge of AI/ML techniques
