About the Role As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for the Global Access Team, you ll work on bringing the power of Uber to billions of people in need of safe, reliable transportation. . In this role, you ll take part in fundamentally transforming access to mobility by building new products and features that change the way people get around. What You ll Do Leverage data and insights to recommend product and growth strategies that improve the user experience and scale business impact in key emerging markets, in close partnership with the product team. Develop the overall roadmap and positioning of new features and products in partnership with PM, engineering, operations, design, and other cross functional stakeholders. Develop robust GTM strategies and positioning with global marketing stakeholders to bring new products and features to market, and drive adoptoin, in priority regions Deploy effective marketing campaigns that drive growth and adoption for the products you bring to market What You ll Need Minimum of 6 years consumer marketing experience, with a track record of delivering successful growth and engagement marketing campaigns. Marketing Strategy & Execution: You ve created and executed against multi- channel marketing strategies, including delivering email, paid marketing, and other channel Product strategy: You have experience collaborating with PM, engineering, design and data leads to create a compelling product recommendations that improve the user experience as well as impact business metrics. Master storyteller: You re able to craft a compelling narrative across different channels - you know how to match the message to the medium. Positioning guru: You have a knack for articulating the essence of products and why they matter. You can develop an effective content strategy, and even play copywriter in a pinch. Finger- tippinesses with data: You just go get the data you need with no muss/ fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. Top- notch at market research: You know your market, customers and competition, and you re strong at bringing this information into your marketing strategies. Bonus Points If You have experience driving feature adoption for mature and widely- used products You have global marketing experience, or experience marketing outside of the U.S. About the Team The Uber product team turns complex problems into simple solutions, building for the intersection of the digital and physical worlds to bring people what they want at the push of a button.
