Essential Duties and Responsibilities Define the Agile testing strategy including all test types manual or automated Participate to the product roadmap risk analysis with product management and architecture team and define risk based approach in agreement with the Validation lead and QSR; Responsible for test automation Creation and update of automated test scripts Continuous test automation runs as part of continuous integration Functional tests Coach the team on the definition-of-done, the writing of acceptance criteria and test scripts Developer tests Define unit testing standard and approach Define, promote and coach the agile team in relation to test driven development Acceptance test Plan and coordinate acceptance tests (integration tests, UAT); Reliability test Plan and coordinate regression tests as well as performance and security test; Create a community of practice between all QA testers working in Agile teams and test automation team; Create visibility around the testing performance by defining and publishing test metrics. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent with 10 years of experience Strong Test Management Experience manual and automated in an Agile environment Hands-on experience with Test Management tools and automated testing tools Hands-on experience with DevOps Tools (SVN. BitBucket, Jenkins, AutoRabit, etc.) Hands on Experience with the concept of Continuous Delivery Test management experience in a Salesforce.com environment Excellent Communication Skills Preferred Skills Experience with Provar Experience with HP ALM Desired Characteristics Proven analytical and problem resolution skills Quality and cost driven Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities at once Ability to exercise flexibility and judgment in a dynamic Agile environment Keeps the big picture in focus while being detail-oriented Handle multiple competing tasks and priorities Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
