Job DescriptionStrong Working knowledge of MS Windows Linux Unix etc., and TCP/IP networking Experience in corporate desktop support environment, networking Operating System Installation and troubleshooting of Windows XP/ Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10 Experience in functional and technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems, including desktop, laptop, LAN, remote systems, VMWare environment Data centre, storage technologies, administration and/or integration experience with SAN, NAS, or storage infrastructures Should have experience in Data backup operation with Infrastructure comprising of Hyper-V, VMware, SAN/NAS storage systems, SQL and Exchange databases. Technically skilled in troubleshooting issues related to Backup and recovery Good understanding about advanced backup technology such as compression, de-duplication, tape, encryption etc. Hands-on experience on configuring tape-drives, scheduling backup jobs/policies. Experience in managing media pools, critical restorations, database management. Willing to Travel Working on Cloud Solutions added advantage Ensure that customer satisfactory levels are exceeded. Must be a strong cross-team collaborator Must be able to understand and create technical documentation Must be self-motivated, team player able to immediately contribute in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment Should be proficient in Reading, Writing and speaking English Certification in server management & network management added advantageSalary 1 Lac 50 Thousand To 2 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
