    Direct and guide the activities of a team with prime responsibility in Digital Verification of High Speed Interface and Precision Analog productsPeople-management responsibility of a team of 10-15 people15+ years of total working experience in Mixed Signal chips verification of which atleast 3 years in leading a team and taping out multiple chipsProven experience of design verification methodologies such as System Verilog, System C, UVM, Constrained Random Verification, and assertion based coverage driven verification (code & functional coverage).Ability to define and evangelize state of the art verification methodology is a must. Drive improvement activities like test bench automation, regression and other verification enhancements to improve productivity of the team. Be self driven and demonstrate excellent collaboration, communication, problem solving and teamwork skills. Set aggressive goals and meet/beat the commitments. Flexible enough to work in a dynamic environment and multitask seamlessly. Display ability to network and influence across multi sites,
