You have implemented and handled Citrix infrastructures on on-premises and experienced in migrating and leading workloads to public cloud. You come with very strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills at an enterprise level.Position Overview:We need a Staff Systems Engineer you will be part of Workspace Platform Services team and responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Citrix-on-Citrix infrastructure. You will work with a global team of Citrix specialists and key partners to deliver a world class employee experience. We are looking for people who have ideally got experience in working with users, troubleshoot sophisticated technical issues, implement, and lead Citrix infrastructures in an agile manner. We need a person who will be involved with planning and prioritization of design and implementation activities to achieve key business outcomes. You will be encouraged to demonstrate the ability to be flexible, be a change enabler and work with multiple teams in solving sophisticated technical problems.Role and Responsibilities:Design, build and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps Desktop resources on on-premises and Citrix cloud.Design, test, implement and lead Citrix components on public cloud.Build and lead multiple latest Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) infrastructure.Migrate on premise Citrix farms to cloud and maintain high level of availability.Maintain and update Citrix VDI s and Citrix Virtual Applications periodically.Deliver all technical project tasks in a timely manner.Drive improvements along with the team to existing Citrix infrastructure on a regular basis.Update and manage existing Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) infrastructure and Citrix Cloud.Build and maintain Citrix App Layers and update them regularly.Windows patch management in VDI and Citrix Virtual Application environment.Fix all L1-L4 issues on Citrix environment and maintain records in Service Now.Work alongside a global team of Citrix SME s with a team first attitude.Enforce to standard SLA s and meet KPI s consistently.Good knowledge on ITIL processes, Incident, Problem and Change management.Maintain up to date documentation on supported Citrix infrastructures!Basic Qualifications:We need a person with Bachelor or Master s degree in computer science or related fields.We need a peson who has at least 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Citrix products like CVAD, Citrix Cloud, PVS, XenServer, Profile Management, App Layering, WEM!What are the key characteristics that would make you an ideal candidate:

  • Proficiency in Citrix products like Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, PVS, XenServer, Profile Management, App Layering, Citrix Cloud.
  • 2 years of experience with managing workloads on public cloud.
  • Knowledge on Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
  • Scripting knowledge preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and must be data driven.
  • Have a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
  • Drive and willingness to go above and beyond with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, non- business hours, or other scenarios as and when the need arises.
