BE/B.Tech degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science & Engg with 5 to 8 years of Semiconductor Product & Test experience.BASIC SKILL/EXPERIENCE:Experience working with CMOS ASIC Design, Test, Foundry & Production teams.Strong track record of ASIC design from concept to mass production all the way to EOL.Deep understanding of statistical data analysis along with data analysis tools such as Excel VBA / Spotfire.Strong analytical skills, ability to problem solve and debug systems, circuits, and devices.Experienced in product co-ordination, yield improvement & test time reduction.Hands-on experience with production & Characterization data collection at Wafer as well as Package level.Knowledge in reliability and its hardware design (HTOL, HAST, ESD, etc). Familiarity with failure analysis techniques.PREFERRED SKILL:Knowledge in Teradyne J750 IGXL.Experience with defining & designing the Probe card and Device Interface boardsKnowledge of Assembly & Package Qualification.Hands on using Probers and Handlers for day2day workAbility to coordinate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks keeping timelines and deliverable quality in mind.Knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing process, Device & Package qual process and Automotive standard practices.,
