Role Summary/Purpose:
    The Project Manager for Digital Field Services will participate in creation of IB for CRM s.& Responsible for executing processes that support the way assets are created, maintained and supported in of existing and new Service Max deployments.&Responsible for data quality/accuracy, driving processes and managing KPIs in partnership with the service regions.
Essential Responsibilities:
    Creation of Installed Product / Installed Base asset recordsAcquisition of data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systemsManagement of monthly metrics and SLAs relating to IB asset creation opportunities, systemic creation and defectsIdentification, analysis and interpretation of trends or patterns in complex data setsIdentification and escalation of inconsistencies with upstream data and processes & Locate and define new process improvement and data automation opportunitiesPartnering with GE Services Quality leaders, Regional IB Operations and DT to ensure compliant asset creation.Support Data migration for successful deployments of the ServiceMax Coreload ecosystem.Document and implement procedures to ensure that we are meeting these requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
    High attention to detail and strong commitment to produce high quality work while meeting expected Service Level agreements and Turn Around times ability to keep composure in high pressure situations especially at quarter close where installations reach peak levels, are time dependant and IP needs to be created accurately and quickly.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (MS-Excel, MS-Access, SPSS, SAS etc).Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.Experience in data models and reporting packages.

    Be informed of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, UDI and MDR regulations, Product controllership and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to your job type/position.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines & Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as requiredLean experiencePreference will be given to candidates with experience with Service CRMs (e.g. Service Max, Siebel International, MUST), SFDC and Oracle experience.Services (especially), GSPO, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain knowledge will be highly regarded
