Excellent Opportunity for Bangalore Location. Exp - 0.6+Yrs. Location - Bangalore. Np - Immediate for 15 Days. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Tower Lead on statutory notices, inspections, audits and ongoing compliance activities under various central and state enactments. Handle statutory notices, inspections and audits with the collaboration of internal as well as external stakeholders. Interact with external consultants regularly for compliance required under applicable laws. Participate in the process improvement and recordkeeping program and coordinate with internal as well as cross functional teams. Work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders such as Legal, HR, Procurement, Controllership and Workplace to handle statutory and regulatory compliance related issues. Maintain and update trackers, periodical reports and repositories. Educational Qualification: Minimum LL.B. or MBA Work Experience: Experience in handling labour laws issues in compliance, in-house legal, external legal and/or auditing role will be preferred 1+ years of experience preferred Experience in collaborating with stakeholders Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Office Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
