ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY1. STORESa) He/She should have worked in the Engineer companies.b) Should have knowledge about Raw Materials.c) Should have knowledge about computer.d) Once the Raw material is received, He/She should check if the raw material is as received as mentioned in Invoice.e) Should ensure that the received Raw material is Weighed, Identified/tagged and placed in Respective places.f) Receive incoming goods.g) Maintenance of stock as per FIFO method.h) Should inform Production department about the received Raw materials/Tools through Mail on Daily basis.i) Should ensure that the received Raw material is used for particular part/s within specified time and also ensure that extra material is not procured (i.e. material should be purchased/received as per requisition given by Production Department)j) Should Prepare Goods/Raw material Rejection Memo & ensure that payment is not made against received Invoice on consultation with Purchase & Accounts department.k) Ensure all materials handling equipment are in good condition.l) He/She should maintain Approved Suppliers List.2. CNC & VMC PROGRAMMERa) Knowledge about Drawings, Identify Critical dimensions, Tools & Gauge list and Manufacturing processb) Knowledge about Cutting tools, feed rate and Tipsc) Knowledge about Master Cam, settings, programming (2D & 3D), etc.d) Should possess Leadership qualitiese) Should be able to Control the Shop Floorf) Should have experience in New Product and R&D Departmentsg) Should be able to reduce the Cycle time of existing parts
