Job Description

    Support Global Mobility across RTX as part of the Global Mobility Payroll & Tax Team. Advance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Mobility service delivery model in line with current policy, processes, and business controls as well as service level agreements (SLAs); includes internal processes for all international assignments. Execute processes and update / implement improvements throughout international assignment support activities.
    • Job Title: Subject Matter Expert Global Mobility Payroll & Tax
    • Job Level: P2
    • Location Bangalore
    • Department: Global People Services, India. Enterprise Services, Raytheon Technologies Corporation
    Responsibilities:Provides support to a Global Mobility function that includes approximately 2,000 international assignments, including rotational, short term, and long terms assignments. Serve as champion for mobility payroll instructions for all types of relocation and deployments.
    • Allowance Package Set-up in Equus platform
    • Updated retro payments and prepare prorated allowance calculations, as well as one-time payment processing
    • Creates and delivers payroll instructions for local payrolls prior to local deadline based on international assignment balance sheets and MOU
    • Review Pre-Payroll CWS/Differences (1st pass), as well as notes for changes
    • Complete post-payroll/pay results reconciliation review
    • Answer employee / team questions, as well as troubleshooting issues.
    • Develop and document procedures with team members.
    • Review various reports to update the data in the assignees file.
    • Support back-up compilation for DCAA audit requests
    • Compensation collection from local entities to upload and review.
    • Shadow reporting with tax vendor
    Education/Experience:
    • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
    • Experience supporting payroll with Global Mobility experience preferred
    • Experience with Equus/Assignment Pro preferred
    • Ability to learn processes, policies, and the ability to apply CORE principles to these processes for continuous improvement
    • Display positive attitude and demonstrate high commitment level.
    • Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proactive. Takes initiative, attentive to details, and process driven
    • Flexible to meet peak period and work with team in different time zone
    • Proficiency in excel
