Job Description

  • We are looking for a Supervisor to join our Order Management team in Bangalore, reporting to the Senior Manager of Order Management. In this role, you will provide oversight to an international Order Management team located in Tacoma, Bangalore, and Amsterdam as orders are created through the Quote to Cash process.
  • This will include acting as an escalation point for adherence to our Bookings Policy and ensuring the smooth operation of the order workflow.
  • Communication will be critical, as the Supervisor will act as the liaison between the Senior Manager and the daily operation of Order Management, coordinating efforts across a 24x5 operations team, analyzing systems and processes, and ensuring that operational needs are being met.
  • The Supervisor will need a deep understanding of how orders move through the workflow such that they are able to identify, build and drive requirements for change.
  • This role is an opportunity to work with an experienced, high-performing, international team while driving impactful change through Infoblox as we transition to a SaaS company.

What you ll do:

  • Provide oversight and support to the AMS, EMEA, and APJ Order Management teams, coordinating activities with team leads to ensure smooth operations across a 24x5 schedule
  • Act as liaison between the team leads and Senior Management, communicating metrics, outstanding issues or needs of the department
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Accounts Receivable, Channel Partners, Revenue, Shipping, and FPA to efficiently drive orders through bookings to invoicing
  • Manage exception handling or escalations as required by the team, communicating upward when necessary
  • Work with IT to analyze, define and build requirements, driving system and process enhancements to completion
  • Provide oversight to Invoicing of orders post-shipment, handling any exceptions as needed
  • Assess team performance and provide reviews and feedback
  • Ensure compliance with all Infoblox Policies and Processes
  • Process orders and invoices as needed
  • The role will provide support during AMS hours

What you ll bring:

  • Solid communication skills (able to adjust communication styles for different audiences)
  • Strategic mindset (able to see the big picture, roadmap, and drive to a vision)
  • Solid Quote to Cash workflow experience
  • Experience in assessing systems and processes to be able to build IT requirements and deliver enhancements
  • 6+ years of Order Management experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role preferred
  • Solid skills operating in Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Excel, and Tableau
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to handle competing priorities. Must also have excellent communications skills and be able to convey performance through data
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience is required

What success looks like:

  • After six months, you will
  • Be driving an international Order Management team across three geographic locations and shifts
  • Be responsible for upward and downward communication of Order Management performance, projects, and needs
  • Possess solid working relationships with all teams across the Quote to Cash workflow, collaborating and coordinating efforts to perform and improve
  • After about a year, you will
  • Be an established member of the OM team, driving Order Management growth and expansion as we move to a SaaS-based company
  • Manage the team through new systems and processes through the Quote to Cash workflow based on current projects/plans
  • Be a champion for new Order Management initiatives, communicating direction and focus to the team based on team needs and company objectives
