Job Description

*JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACTThe Supply Chain Design Regional Head EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), as a subject matter authority, will focus on business projects to support long-term supply chain strategies and business goals. We seek a multifaceted experienced professional to lead complex network optimization projects to identify cost opportunities, enable a continuous improvement agenda, and guide businesses make better strategic supply chain decisions.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for leading supply chain network design projects for businesses in the EMEA region.
  • Execute the development of complex network design models to support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage network design project portfolio and business stakeholders in the region.
  • Use extensive knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures to navigate through data and technology challenges, upgrades, and changes.
  • Review and monitor processes and ensure best practices are identified and shared across businesses.
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
  • You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategiccontributor.

, *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Eight to ten years+ of related experience with at least five in supply chain strategy and network optimization.
  • Experience in developing and delivering complex supply chain network models.
  • Deep knowledge of LLamasoft supply chain optimization tools or other similar tools such as LogicNet Plus and JDA Strategist
  • Ability to drive change, to partner with business teams, and to influence decision making across various businesses and all levels of the organization
