Job Description

    Role & responsibilities
    • Monitoring - effective materials management and inventory control to maintain smooth flow of materials for production with minimum inventory carrying cost, monitoring effective procurement schedules.
    • Proactively plan for commodities/materials to support business on all verticals.
    • To take Vendor, internal customers in trust to liaise support for business.
    • To control inventory and notify stakeholders on risk and other challenge.
    • Vendor sourcing Global and domestic.
    • Presentation of New Products and practices in market. Checking the pricing and terms of competition.
    • Identifying and developing alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective purchases of raw materials primarily paper.
    • Negotiation of price for raw materials.
    • Preparing scheduling agreement for highly consumable items.
    • Developing cost effective transport solutions. imports and indigenous- in hand with logistic Department.
    • Responsible for planning and procurement of raw materials to ensure zero line-stoppage due to want of raw materials.
    • Monitoring on any stock variance and correction of the same on monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Coordinating with the Accounts for Follow-up for payment
    • Coordinate with vendor and user department during quality or service complaints for amicable
