Job Description

    You are a key member of the product management team responsible for defining and improving the capabilities of our Sterling Order Management . You will work with cross functional teams in our Bangalore IN office ensuring that Sterling Order Management continues to win in the marketplace, delight our clients, and drive business value.Responsibilities:
    • Subject matter expertise in Sterling Order Management
    • Focus on improving and expanding capabilites to meet current and future customer needs
    • Perform requirements/user story identification and analysis
    • Validate requirements with clients/stakeholders
    • Create detailed requirements / user stories that are ready for development to implement
    • Successfully launch development releases into the market to consistently drive towards strategic goals
    • Manage stakeholder relationships across organizational boundaries
    • Collaborate effectively with other other product managers, design, development, support, sales, services and partners
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • 3 years experience in each of the following:
    • Experience with systems and software development processes
    • Experience writing detailed requirements and/or agile stories
    • Proven interpersonal skills bridging the gap between technical and business focals
    • Proven ability to create compelling enablement materials (Presentations, Marketing Videos, Technical Documents)
    • Experience working directly with clients and partners
    • Experience in agile product development
    • Proven experience creating and delivering compelling software product demonstrations
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • 3 years experience in each of the following
    • Domain experience in order management operations
    • Industry experience in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Products, Industrial Products, Electronics, Retail, Automotive, Healthcare
    • Hands-on experience creating customer solutions
    • Familiarity with order management data models
    • Experience with containerization and cloud native solutions
