Purpose of this role is to manage supply chain planning activities for CAN India business, ensuing optimized inventory, RCCP preparation and alignment with plant team and responsible to manage the CIBP supply planning process for CPN, CFN and CQN businesses in India Principal Accountabilities CIBP Supply Planning responsibilites 50% Convert the consensus demand into RCCP at month level RCCP preparation for planning horizon at plant level Responsible to align rolling Master Production Plan with operations/schedulers at respective plants Drive monthly Supply Review Meeting with effective outcome to bring balance in demand & supply Estimated Inventory projection to be prepared for the planning horizon at plant/division level Inventory management (strategy/ policy) 30% Making the right inventory provision for CAN India & evaluate best consumption plan to avoid obsolescence Monitor and review Premix/Nuclues Production and RM replenishment plan Responsible to execute MRP in SAP for planning horizon Connecting with SCM to understand challenges on material scheduling & distributioin planning Collaborate with Operations team to understand and mitigate production/capacity/resources gaps Preparation of Inventory report & follow up for the Red category material liquidation in each plant Other supply planning related reporting and responsibilities: 20% Preperation of Inventory provision Preperation of Month reports related to supply planning Handling of SAP issues & Trouble shooting for SAP (D2S) role Premix OTIF Report KPIs Measures for the role: Inventory Value DIO/IDOS (Inventory days of Supply) RCCP Accuracy Critical products Product availability Capacity Utilization at Plant/line level (against installed capacity) Value Creation contributing to overall SCM function ,
