SAPs Product Engineering/ Support organization enables SAPs customers to consume SAPs Products and Services to enable their Digital Transformation Journey.ROLE:The following tasks await you in your new role:Application of the functional expertise for supporting our customers on their Extended Warehouse Management Solutions.Resolving Customer issues on Standard delivered EWM processes. Configuration of the systemDelivering Workarounds for non-standard issues in Customers landscape.Helping customers with complex root cause analysis and problem resolution.High willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations and should keep abreast of relevant new SAP features / releases.Willingness to travel on short notice and extend work beyond normal work hours as well as provide Weekend Support.ROLE REQUIREMENTSAt least 3-4 years of experience in ECC & EWM modulesEnd-to-end implementation/ Support experience in Extended Warehouse Management is mandatoryPreferably 2+ years of functional experience in EWM in any large-scale industry.Strong ABAP debugging Skills to quickly arrive at resolution for complex cases from Customers.Strong Written & Oral communication in English to interact with multi-cultural customers on a daily basis.Proven record in understanding application and business requirements and delivering results to stakeholders satisfactionSelf-Driven/ Go-Getter in understanding new topics, commitment in execution of assigned tasksQUALIFICATIONSBE/ME/MTech/MCA from recognized institutions (Regular/Full - Time education)Location: BangaloreWe are SAPSAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
