Job Description

  • Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
  • Incumbent would be responsible for the centralized operations team that supports the retail business of the Bank including both Branch Banking & Digi clients.
  • Team manages the entire gambit of products relating to Liability and Assets operations like Wealth Management, Personal Loans, Mortgages, etc.
  • Focus is on digitization of operations so that we can build scalable operations.
  • Manage the staff engagement for the team which located across Pune and Chennai.
  • Partner Business units in launching new products
  • 12+ years of experience in consumer bank operations preferable in Indian market
  • Ability to conceive, design and manage the automation agenda.
  • Manage stakeholders including business teams, compliance and risk
  • Manage the expense budget and deliver on strategic cost management initiatives.
  • Establish an effective framework to proactively manage risks
  • Ability to develop talent in the team
