  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Liaising with the customer technical representatives Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool Provide mentoring for existing team and new hires Troubleshoot issues with IPT and Contact Center Deployment Work in 24 x 7 support model
      • Technical Experience : Product/Solution knowledge Cisco CUCM, Voice Gateways, Cisco Unity Connection, IP Phones Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools Recommend design updates and changes based on new features and functions to be introduced Good troubleshooting experience on Cisco IPT Contact Center Integrations
      • Professional Attributes : Should have 4 years of experience in Operational support roles Should have supported multiple contact center deployments Should have experience performing call center transitions / transformations Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and und
