Join us Skill sets required for the Job: - 6+ Years of experience working in Enterprise, Corporate or Data Center Networking Environment - Strong knowledge on all layers of OSI and complete TCP/IP stack - Strong knowledge on Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols like BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Traffic Engineering - Strong knowledge on Switching Technologies including STP, Vlans, Inter - Vlan Routing, Wireless Technologies/Services like Mist, Aruba, TP - link - Hands - on experience working with Juniper Routers(MX) and Switches, Palo Alto and its services, SRX and Fortinet Firewalls/gateways - Experience of working on any SD - WAN Technology or knowledge of DMVPN - Working Knowledge of ILL s, P2P links, MPLS links - Knowledge of Site to Site VPN s, IPsec and GRE Tunneling - Should be able to propose and implement solutions in time bound manner - Good knowledge on DNS and DHCP services - Knowledge of AAA, Radius or Tacacs and AD authentication services - Should be able to set - up monitoring services using open - source NMS like Zabbix, LibreNMS - Working knowledge of Data Center Routing, Switching and Connectivity solutions - Fundamentals of Linux/Unix and VM Ware technologies - Knowledge on Voice Technologies, PRI s, SIP Trunking - Should be a Team - Player and flexible to extend beyond regular hours if required - Good to have scripting or automation knowledge and will be able to automate mundane tasks Key Deliverables for the mentioned role are: - Plan, Architect, Deploy and Maintain Swiggy s IT Infrastructure (consisting connectivity, hosting and security solutions) PAN India delivering services to Head Office, Data Center Locations, Call Center Locations, Co - Locations, Acquired Companies, City Offices, Hub Locations, Access Kitchens, Swiggy Stores and Private Brands - Evaluate Industry s Leading and Latest technology solutions, Conducting POC s for the same and subsequently implementing them - Identify, Troubleshoot and Resolve all Production issues related to Infrastructure, Targeting 99.9% uptime - Maintaining Vendor Relationships, Stakeholder Management, Cross - Functional collaboration to deliver continuous value to the business - Some of the other key deliverables include PAN India - Capacity Planning and BCP Planning, Designing and Developing robust, scalable and long term Connectivity(Networks) and Security solutions as per the needs of the Business At Swiggy, we never stop searching for innovative ways to put our consumers first, provide opportunities for our partners and employees alike, and nurture our business.
