Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORRole Maintain and manage entire firms IT systems including hardware and software.Responsibilities
    • Install, configure and troubleshoot computer equipment and associated
    • components, including operating systems and supporting applications, network
    • devices requiring advanced knowledge of the environment and products.
    • Server management and monitoring: Server and network security
    • implementation, analysis and regular audit
    • Design and support LAN/WAN/WLAN/CCTV infrastructure and associated
    • software and hardware
    • Maintain regular back up of all systems and servers
    • Anti-virus installation and management
    • EPBAX and telecom products management
    • Desktop support- Installation, Configuration, trouble shooting, IT Helpdesk,
    • remote support etc
    • Drivers installation and configuration
    • Configuration and trouble shooting MS-Outlook, exchange mail, Outlook
    • directory
    • Installation ,support- windows 10, Win 11, MacOS
    • Troubleshooting (MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, Office 365)
    • IT Assets Management, inventory procurement and vendor management
    • Research and planning for improvisation of current systems
