You will consistently tackle abstract issues that span multiple functional areas and drive your team to push for improvements that can scale across other teams, services, and platforms.Wed love it if you bring in a deep understanding of modern Cloud infrastructure, programming expertise, operational experience, and a desire to change the status quo. This is a truly exciting team to join., More about you: Bring in 3+ years experience in Software Development rols, preferably with Java/J2EE experience The ability to take raw requirements and convert into good design while exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design Computer Science fundamentals in data structures Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis Excellence in technical communication. Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as C, C++, Java, or Perl. Strong degree of empathy for the customer experience Proven ability to de-escalate difficult situations with customers, while multi-tasking between tickets and mentoring your team Excellent communication skills, possessing the ability to support customers over email, phone or screen-shares Exhibit strong team oriented interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people and roles from junior engineers to senior leaders Ability to successfully manage your time, balancing multiple tasks with varying levels of priority and urgencyIn-depth understanding of AWS, Python and Scripting languages You have experience in ITIL and DevOps ecosystem. You have experience in implementing, configuring and building monitoring systems. You have proven experience in incident, problem and change management practices and handled high impact incidents.
