Systems Engineer III O365/ExchangeOutline of Role:Wal-Mart Global Technology Services India Development Center an entity of Wal-Mart, The fortune one Retail Company in the globe is seeking experienced and skilled IT Systems Engineers to join our growing workforce of IT professionals. The IT Systems Engineer is primarily focused on acting as an Individual contributor in support of small, Medium, large, complex, and multi-functional computerized systems. The successful candidate will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems and guiding the SDA and SSDA which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues. There is also a range of administration duties within this role. Coverage includes the IDC, US SB/BV sites as well as remote users at other offices and home workers.Responsibilities:1. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns2. Manage, administer and support the Office 365 and Exchange 2010/2016 environment by providing L3 support3. Manage Teams Infra, Public folder Migrations, exchange migrations and patching requirements4. Take ownership of user problems and resolve the problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.5. To maintain and fine-tune a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles6. Provide basic in-house training in Operations and Support Services that covers Wal-Mart heterogeneous technologies.7. Prepare the weekly/monthly report on trends and IDC activities for Server Infrastructure management.8. Publish support documentation to assist staff with requests for information & provide staff training if required.9. Will need to work in shifts ranging between 7am to 8pm Indian Standard Time10. Will need to provide business critical support through on-call rotational model over weekends11. Will need to work in shifts for 24X7 coverage during holiday support season every year (Holiday support lasts for ~ 3 weeks from mid November to early December every year)Qualifications:1. An ITIL certification is preferable.2. Microsoft certifications in the area - Exchange/Office 365 would be an added advantageDesigning and Deploying Microsoft Exchange Server 2016Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator AssociateMicrosoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate3. Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.Requirements:1. Active Directory knowledge is a must. Should have prior AD Domain migration experience.2. Exchange and Office 365 administration knowledge & experience is a must.3. Experience working with email compliance like email discovery, data loss prevention, message auditing-tracking and email retention.4. Expertise in exchange hybrid mailflow; Knowledge on all types of DNS records5. Knowledge on Proofpoint & Symantec DLP(Email filtering & Security policies) will be a plus6. Experience in implementation, managing Azure DirSync services7. Experience in managing Exchange server Certificates8. Provide advanced level troubleshooting, as needed, to support service desk tickets for end users.9. Provide administration of the following tools: Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, and others in the O365 Suite as identified by the customer.10. Knowledge/experience on .net/Azure web development will be a plus11. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.12. Excellent organizational skills13. 6+ years of prior IT Service experience required14. Must be well versed in disciplines from a technology as well as process perspective.15. Experience writing technical and business specifications.16. Experience with Business Analysis, Systems Engineering, Operations Planning, Process Engineering.17.
