As a Systems Integration Analyst , you should be able to do system administration, Incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management.Should be able to handle issues independently and suggest/ implement services improvements plans.- The selected candidate should have primary knowledge in storage products. - Knowledge in TSM/ Commvault is an added advantage. - This is for L1 team and need to monitor different queues and 3 different ITSM systems and acknowledge tickets immediately. - Resource should be ready to support 24/7 coverage in 3 the shifts. - Good English communication skills.- Candidate should have 4 year DegreeProvides deep technical support, guidance and direction for backup application and related hardware.Manages and resolves backup problems identified for Active directory, Exchange, SQL, Oracle, Informix, SharePoint etc.Investigates, identifies and documents proposals that will improve resolution time for generic error or repeated error.Proficient with daily tasks which include backup software installations, upgrade installations, and installing/updating device drivers for backup drives.Has applied knowledge in the Administration of Windows/ Solaris / AIX / Unix systems in a large commercial environments and has applied knowledge of TSM, CV, NetBackup, BackupExec, Avamar, NetWorker.Basic knowledge of products like SAN, NAS concepts. Able to provide support to L1 team.Able to handle and create daily reports as per requirement.Entire escalated Tier 1 incidents should be resolved & mentoring to be given to Tier 1,
