Job Description

We are looking for a System & Server Administrator:Required Mandates:

  • Location - Bangalore (Candidates who are willing to relocate must apply)
  • Experience - 5+ years of experience in Desktop support & Windows Administration
  • Must be proficient in Window Administration, Desktop Support and Troubleshooting practices
  • Male/ Female both can apply
  • 5 Days working
Roles and Responsibilities includes:
  • Installation, support, maintenance, configuration, management, monitoring and performance tuning of all windows server architecture(s) including Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and the latest versions
  • Must have knowledge of office automation products, hardware (desktops and laptops), and computer peripherals (including printers and scanners).
  • Must have a basic understanding of Storage (NFS/CIFS), SAN (Fiber Channel/iSCSi), other Hypervisors (HyperV/KVM).
  • Knowledge of Black listing and White listing of web URL on Iron port Proxy Servers.
  • Managing AMC providers for all softwares / hardwares / wired connection / wireless connection.
  • Coordinating with internal Maintenance team for UPS/DG for uninterrupted power supply.
  • Must have experience in the CISCO router / switch platforms.
  • Basic concept knowledge in the area of Citrix/VM Ware, Virtualization; expertise would be an added advantage.
  • Address and resolve user tickets raised for hardware, software and networking queries
