Uses and applies emulation and platformlevel tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec. Responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures. Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Presilicon Validation teams in improving postsilicon test content and providing feedback for future ondie debug features.Qualifications Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: -Bachelors/Masters in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 0-3years of related work experience.- Server Architecture knowledge- Server Memory(DDR/Persistent) Architecture- System Architecture - HW-FW-SW as a whole.- Knowledge of Pre-silicon or Post-silicon Validation - SW/HW Validation Experiences: unit / functional/ integration / exploratory - Familiarity/Experience with understanding requirements, identifying test cases, scripting and automation of test cases- Familiarity/Experience with Windows/Linux/VM ware, python/Power shell Scripting- Debugging techniques local/remote, including profilers, debuggers, and system monitoring hardware.- Strong Communication and good Problem Solving Skills Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in one or more technical domains such as power management, peripheral interface (PCIe, CXL) including Memory.- Familiarity with BIOS, Boot/Reset flows- Familiarity/Experience with Jenkins, github, JIRA, HSD, Agile.- Experience in x86 architecture.
