Job Description

    Provide technical support for Microsoft Exchange Server and related technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, and SMTP. Monitor and maintain Exchange Server infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange Server issues, including mailbox migrations, email delivery, and connectivity issues. Work with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. Provide proactive support to prevent issues from occurring. Participate in the development and implementation of Exchange Server upgrades and migrations. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Exchange Server infrastructure and related technologies. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of Exchange Server infrastructureRequirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019. Experience with Exchange Online (Office 365) and hybrid configurations. Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and SMTP. Familiarity with email filtering technologies such as Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Proofpoint. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
