Job Description

  • Analyze operations manual work and automation opportunities
  • Interacting with Operations and developing knowledge on server infrastructure
  • Developing end-end automations using Agile Scrum process
  • Coordinating with team members on various development tasks
  • Following DevOps model for CICD
  • Identify the best innovative practices and apply them in Automation
  • Focusing on Automation issues and resolving them on time
  • Adhering to Industry standards in development
  • Flexible enough to adapt and explore on any technology
  • Identifies and addresses security risks
  • Participates appropriately in team meetings
  • Partners with business units to implement technology solutions
  • Collaborate with technology partners
The Skills that are Key to this roleTechnical / Behavioral
  • Good development knowledge of java, angular and node.js
  • Experience with various scripting languages like python, perl, bash etc
  • Experience with source control tools/methods (SVN and Git/Stash)
  • Experience in Restful Services
  • Full stack development knowledge desirable
  • Developing enterprise class, large scale infrastructure web application
  • Work using an Agile driven development approach using Scrum process
  • Operating system administration skills with both Windows & Linux
  • Moderate knowledge of SQL deployments and developing RDBMS-based applications
  • Experience with Open Source software/tools is a plus/desirable
  • Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, multi-site architecture, datacenter design, virtualization, storage architecture, firewalls, load balance and network security would be beneficial
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
