Systems Integration Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN- KA), India (IN). Support existing software application to cover incident management, request management, problem management and release management. Respond to the incidents and requests within the SLA period. Most problems they handle require standard solutions. They may manage small projects with oversight from their supervisor Works on multiple applications. Provides informal mentoring to less experienced colleagues. Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis. Participates critical projects, client engagements or business processes. Provides design and documentation at an application or function capability level. Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes. Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the client s IT organization. Advises on issues of systems integration, compatibility, scalability and multiple platforms Strong understanding of at least one programming language. Strong knowledge of coding, testing and debugging applications. Strong knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support. Applies a broad knowledge of application programming and design to analyze and isolate issues. Exceptional ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors. General understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs. Follow ITIL processes for incidents, changes and requests. Willingness to work shift including US day shift. Typically requires 3- 6 years relevant experience. The Must have skills required for the jobs Experience on working with PEGA Rules Process Commander (PRPC) V5.x, V6.x and V7.x Familiar in building and implementing model- driven, enterprise- level business solutions using Pegasystems PRPC tool. Pega CSA/CSSA certified personnel is preferred. Hands on Experience in Designing and Implementing Enterprise Class Rules, PRPC Flows, Activities, Repots and Correspondence, PRPC Case Management and various PRPC Integrations Experience in various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single- Sign- On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports. Experienced in Integration rules like Connect- SOAP, Connect- REST, Connect SQL and Service- SOAP. Analysis using log file and basic knowledge of SMA is needed. Basic level Java programming language. Knowledge on HTML, JavaScript, XML and SQL. App Server knowledge is a plus. Experience in Developer- Integration- BPM- PEGA Rules Process Commander (PRPC) Experience in Developer- Databases- DB Development- MS SQL Server Experience in Developer- IoT- Application Programming- Java Experience in Developer- IoT- Application Programming- Java Script / jQuery Nice to Have skills Good communication skills Understanding of US Healthcare This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
