You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our companys growth.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
    • Screening Resumes: Review resumes and CVs to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
    • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Conducting Interviews: Conduct initial screening interviews and assist hiring managers in conducting technical and behavioral interviews.
    • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Onboarding: Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
    • Employer Branding: Promote the companys employer brand through social media and other channels.
