Job Description

- Partner with business to understand the hiringneeds. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement and timelines. - Conduct market mapping for critical positions,develop competitive intelligence on key talent availability. - Influence candidates & stakeholdersthrough detailed understanding of the organization. - Ensure process adherence and compliance. - Manage the selection process to ensure bestcandidate experience. - Offer Management - Candidate engagement, post offer to ensureseamless onboarding. - Contribute to the various Talent acquisitionprograms. - Build & maintain network of potentialcandidates through proactive market search. - Experience of min 7 years in lateral hiringfor various businesses. - Hands on experience in end to end recruitment. - Experience in candidate assessment andmanagement. - Ability to understand and handle multiplebusinesses / domains - Understanding of recruitment process &systems. - Ability to solve challenging hiring situationsthrough market data & intelligence. - Exposure to Campus hiring would be anadvantage A self - starter, comfortable working within largeinternational teams as well as independently and take initiatives to keep upwith the latest technology and industry trends. - Strong analytical, problem - solving andcritical thinking skills - Ability to work under tight timelines on thehiring for multiple businesses - Willingness and ability to travel to meetbusiness needs Additional: - Passion, Empathy, Focus & Going that ExtraMile to achieve outstanding & Definitive Outcomes is a must at Enzen. - In addition to the qualification &Exposure, we look at the following skills to be an Enzenite : - Ability to work, lead & synergize the teamand manage multiple stakeholders. - Strong oral and written communication skillsin English. ,
