Paytm Money is the 4th consumer brand from One97 after Paytm, Paytm Mall & Paytm Payments Bank. About the role: This Role deals with TA Role handling end-to-end recruitment for Non-Tech businesses. Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes from exceptional market research, candidate generation, interview process, and offer extension, you will be entrusted with the hiring and career management of our growing Business team. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment. Expectations/ Requirements: 1. Present quarterly and annual hiring plans. 2. working on end to end recruitment . 3. Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates. 4. Understand non-technical resource requirements proactively. 5. Interview candidates in-person for roles in various levels junior, senior, and executive. 6. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire. 7. Host and participate in job fairs and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. 8. Team handling. 9. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement and selection process. Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy in partnership with your leadership or hiring managers. 10. Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing/future talent requirements, defining critical roles, and core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role 1. Minimum 7 years of experience in core Talent acquisition, holding core exposure of end-to-end recruitment. 2. Must have strong Stakeholder Management. 3. Good with Reports and creating Dashboards. 4. Should have a clear understanding of the various TA Metrics, Processes, and Compliance. 5. Awareness of the latest sourcing channels and techniques. 6 . Have strong candidate interviewing skills and an understanding of recruitment processes and systems. 7. Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualification & Experience: Must be an MBA or equivalent.
