Job descriptionRole and responsibilities: Handling the end- to- end IT recruitment process from sourcing resumes to closing positions within deadlinesUnderstanding and clearly articulating the requirements by business and getting the best fitment within the set deadlinesServe as a single point of contact for matters related to the recruits from the time of acceptance to the time of joining in order to generate better conversion ratios and applicant delightMaintaining and analysing data to provide valuable insights and derive action plans based on findingsPeriodically acquire market intelligence, application of best practices, educate and guide hiring managers on how they can attract the right talentBe an active team champ to magnify the employer branding through multiple channels to attract new talentTaking initiatives and ideating various recruitment drives and devising creative recruiting strategies to attract competent talent into the organizationStakeholder and Vendor ManagementProactively network with people and build an extensive database of potential candidates, who can be considered for future jobs vacancies and can also generate referralsSkills Competencies: Minimum 5+years of hands on experience in IT RecruitmentVery good written and spoken communication skill (English)Target driven with strong negotiation and convincing skillsDemonstrated success in recruiting passive/ less active competent talentAbility to work in a highly challenging work environmentRequires high levels of enthusiasm and energyShould be able to multiple task and prioritiseStrong analytical, quantitative and technical skills that enable individual screen profiles and identify the right hiring fitmentEducation and Technical ProficiencyGraduation (Compulsory)Post- Graduation (Preferred)High proficiency level in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Well- versed in using latest platform and technologies (ATS) to source candidate profiles,
