Key skills required for the job are: n Oracle Taleo Connect Client-L3, (Mandatory) and Oracle Taleo Onboarding-L2, (Optional).As a Senior Developer, you are responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module. You should have good experience in application of standard software development principles. You should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks. You should have in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language. You should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers. You should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team. n tExperience with implementation, upgrade and support of Oracle Cloud Talent Acquisition / Taleo Recruit, Onboarding and knowledge of Social Sourcing. n tAbility to execute Taleo Recruitment & Onboarding implementation Drive Workshops, Design, Configuration, Custom Integration, Testing. n tWillingness to work on issues arising from custom-integration (complex) between Taleo & EBS. n tExpertise with system maintenance activities not limited to OLF, Workflow, email templates, user set-ups, permissions, career portal configuration, ability to define the tasks/processes in onboarding, n tIntegration With 3rd Party Vendors, HRIS system using Bulk API, SOAP Web Services & Taleo Connect Client. n tReports & Dashboards Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Analysis summary. n tSystem assessment, configuration, development of test scripts and testing of functionality, upgrades and enhancements. n nMinimum work experience: 4 -7 YEARS, Roles & Responsibilities:Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 YEARS Mandatory Skills: Oracle Taleo Connect Client-L3 Desirable Skills: Oracle Taleo Onboarding-L2, Oracle Taleo Recruit-L2 Language Skills: English Language-L3
