  • Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A: Development and Enhancement of Tandem Applications B: Plan / build / develop/unit test/Implement solutions within the specified timelines C: Address all reported SIT and Production defects within a timely fashion D: Stay active and current in business technology trends, direction and innovation related to business process and technology areas of focus for the position E : Take care of estimation and reporting for related applications F : Mentor the Junior resources on technology and process
      • Technical Experience : A: 6-8 years of experience in application development and maintenance experience in Tandem Technology B: Expert knowledge in different Tandem Languages like TAL and TACL and other Tandem utilities like ENSCRIBE, SQL/MP, TACL, Pathways, Spooler, ENFORM D : Should have handled/lead team of 15-20 resources E : Should have experience in process, people and project management F: Good to have payment/Switching background with experience on ISO8583 messages G: Good to have experience in Connex DB
