Essential Responsibilities:1. Exceptional Communication Skills (written and verbal) are Required as this is a Customer Facing position2. Understanding of product life cycle and work through all stages of design release process (pre tapeout, tapeout, post tapeout)3. Ability to work in a dynamic collaborative environment which requires strong teaming skills with Customers, Engineers, Technicians, Managers, and IT4. Interact with other GF Teams such as Frame and Fab Integration Engineers to provide Step plan/Frame and waiver solutions/options to Customers5. Will need to work with urgency on both tactical and strategic problems.6. Perform all activities in a safe ad responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programsQualification:a) MS/MTech degree plus min 3 years of experience . Degree/ Project/ Specialization can be Electrical (VLSI, Microelectronics and related) or Materials Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering or physical scienceb) Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and contribute to multiple projects at the same timec) Strong ability to learn and explore new technologies, opportunities, and continuous improvementd) Familiarity with product layouts, kerf design, EDA tools will be a pluse) Strong verbal and written proficiency in Englishf) Should be flexible as team player and motivated as individual contributorg) Strong analytical and problem solving skills
