Job Description

    Exciting New Opportunity - CSB Bank is hiring Team Lead- CASAFunctional Responsibilities :1. Recruitment, training, hand holding and guiding of the Sales Executives of attainment of budget and incentives.2.Delivering quality accounts that facilitates building healthy retail liability book.3. Ensure that all team members are on the expected level of productivity.4. Cross selling of asset and 3rd Party products.5. Remain updated market development and trend and apprise vertical head6. Stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines and educate sales team7. Assist vertical head in product design8.Implementing regulatory requirements as per product normsManagerial Responsibilities :1.Assist BDEs in chalking sales/marketing strategies.2. Ensuring recruitment, grooming , training retention and mentoring talents.3. Monitor and guide BDE Team and ensure achievement of business objectives.4.
