Job Description

    Client - KochExp - 8 to 12CTC - 32 to 35Location - BangaloreWork Mode - 5 Days WFOInterview- 3 round, F2F MandatoryTeam LeadKey Responsibilities
    1. Project Leadership
      • Manage and guide a team of analysts, consultants, testers, and engineers through delivery, maintenance, and testing phases.
      • Lead full life cycle implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and post-go-live support for Infor M3 ERP.
      • Develop and execute deployment and cutover plans.
    2. Business Analysis and Collaboration
      • Conduct user interviews, process reviews, workshops, and meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
      • Apply business analysis principles to document and prioritize requirements.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify vision, scope, and end-state capabilities.
    3. System Administration and Integration
      • Configure and manage users, roles, security, and audit trails within M3.
      • Work with Infor Ming.le, Data Lake, and Infor Federation Services (IFS) for secure operations.
      • Configure and integrate Infor OS/ION, including BOD extensions and custom BODs.
      • Develop technical specifications, perform coding, and conduct unit tests.
    4. Performance Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
      • Implement best practices to enhance process performance and establish KPI frameworks.
      • Share knowledge and mentor team members from diverse backgrounds.
      • Ensure reuse and enrichment of functional realizations.
    5. Problem Solving and Research
      • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor M3 and its integration with third-party applications.
      • Conduct research and cost-benefit analyses to recommend solutions.
    Required Skills and Experience
    • Education: Bachelors or higher degree in a relevant field.
    • Experience: 8-12 years of experience with Infor M3 ERP across all phases, including project delivery roles.
    • Strong expertise in system administration, security, and ION/MEC integrations.
    • Proficiency in setting up users, roles, and security within Infor Federation Services (IFS).
    • Hands-on experience with Infor Ming.le, Data Lake, JSONs, and cloud-based architecture.
    • Skilled in creating technical documentation and managing configurations across tenants.
    • Familiarity with Agile/SDLC development methodologies.
    Preferred Skills
    • Infor certification in System Administration, Security, or ION/MEC Integration.
    • Experience with large-scale enterprise system implementations.
    • Knowledge of EDI, APIs, IMS, and connectors.
    • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and integration via Data Lake.
