  1. Understanding the different categories of visas in different locations and know to process the relevant visa as per the purpose of the trip, including travel for work purpose.
  2. The Visa Consultant must work within strict timelines and communicate with authorities and the client consistently via email, telephone or face to face.
  3. The Visa and Immigration Consultant must have a strong understanding of border control procedures as well as any related legislation.
  4. To oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
  5. Relocation experience an advantage
  6. To oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the travel agent.
  7. To ensure that all of the information provided is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
  8. Motivated, energetic person and able to work as a part of a team.
  9. With strong communication skills in English (verbal and writing).
  10. To be able to work with tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of service.
  11. Handle all Work Permit visas.
  12. Handle Business visas for all countries.
